Through hands-on guidance, you'll craft and shape pasta varieties such as fettuccine, trofie, and farfalle—no eggs, no machines, just traditional techniques and your own hands.
This quick and focused session is all about skill-building. While we won’t be cooking or tasting the pasta during the class, you’ll leave with your freshly made creations ready to cook at home.
