Fresh Egg Pasta Workshop (4 Hours)
Join us for a hands-on culinary journey where you’ll master the art of making fresh egg pasta from scratch. Using just flour and eggs, you’ll learn to create a smooth, elastic dough through traditional kneading techniques. We’ll guide you through using a pasta machine to roll and shape your dough into beautiful forms like farfalle, penne (hand-rolled with a stick), and classic tagliatelle.
You’ll also prepare a simple, fresh sauce made with cherry tomatoes, grated courgette, onion, and basil—light, flavorful, and perfect for pairing with your handmade pasta. As the final touch, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the fruits of your labor in a shared meal.
Ideal for beginners and food lovers alike, this workshop blends technique, creativity, and convivial enjoyment in every bite.
This course uses Wheat, Eggs and Sulphites. Unfortunately we are not able to tailor or alter recipes with substitutions, as these fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.

The building does not have wheelchair access or a lift and is only accessible by steep steps up or down to the lower ground floor, where the school is situated. Therefore the school is not suitable for individuals who have limited mobility.
