Using just flour and eggs, you’ll learn to create a smooth, elastic dough through traditional kneading techniques. We’ll guide you through using a pasta machine to roll and shape your dough into beautiful forms like farfalle, penne (hand-rolled with a stick), and classic tagliatelle. You’ll also prepare a simple, fresh sauce made with cherry tomatoes, grated courgette, onion, and basil—light, flavorful, and perfect for pairing with your handmade pasta. As the final touch, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the fruits of your labor in a shared meal.
