OUR CHEFS
Selene

I’ve been a professional pastry chef for over 8 years, establishing my
own business here in Brighton in 2021 focusing mostly on Italian baking
and cooking.
Pasta making has always been a big part of my life since I was a kid,
when I learned with my grandmothers all the homemade cooking basics.
Throughout my pastry training I’ve followed some extra training in pasta
making too, keeping it an important part of my professional life. Now I’m
excited to start this new chapter teaching other people my traditions and
my passion for handmade cooking.
Since I was a kid I always known the importance of fresh and simple
ingredients used to create tasty food in classic mediterranean style, so
with this workshops I hope to pass on my knowledge and inspiring you
to keep it also on your day to day cooking.
