 RELAXATION AND GUIDED VISUALISATION
SESSIONS

We offer a variety of wellbeing and relaxation sessions that can run from 15 mins up to an hour, delivered through a device that utilises brain wave training via guided visualisation. The device attends to all the senses at the same time, incorporating binaural beats & isochronic tones via the ear and light therapy via the eyes. Together these work in harmony to calm the nervous system. 

 

Some of our many sessions include, Meditation, Anxiety and Stress Reduction, Breath Work techinques, such as those that use the Wim Hof method and many many more. 

Audio visual sessions are comprised of either 15 mins, 30 minutes or 1 hour and provide a tranquil escape from the busyness of life.

Backed by extensive research, they help to improve sleep, clarity, focus, energy, stress and anxiety, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.

 

Consider these sessions as a stand alone wellness re-boot or part of a package with our many baking or health and wellness workshops on offer.

You can either book a one off session, a series of sessions, or try a taster session.
